You can contact the service center of the shop where you bought your product from. The store can order spare parts for you.
On our side, we are not a store so we unfortunately cannot handle directly with the end customer.
Note: Depending on who you deal with at the shop's service department, they may not be aware of the processes in place with Ohmex. If the shop tries to refer you to us, you can confirm to them that the above process has been defined with our company. This is a standard process, and all our dealers order parts from us. Our systems are not suitable for direct sale to the end customer.
If the appliance is no longer on sale or in production, spare parts can be ordered from our dealers while stocks last. You can check directly with the dealer's after-sales service.
If the parts are no longer available, we can unfortunately no longer supply them.
One possible solution would be to contact a small electrical appliance repairer to see if they can find a similar part.
